TaxAct is a leading provider of online tax-filing solutions, along with a host of other tax-related financial services.

We worked with TaxAct on the "start-experience" for their mobile tax-filing product, in addition to generating concepts for the potential future state of the product. This process included generative research with multiple primary user segments to better understand the modern financial landscape of the gig-economy, production design for the TaxAct mobile tax-filing application, a roadmap for addressing key target users going forward, and concepts for future state recommendations.
